Hi,

I would think this built-in tab is read-only, but maybe you could try to take a look at this blog if AdWindows.dll could help to modify the tab name. Note: AdWindows.dll is not an interface we support. you will be on your own risk using it.

If you only wanted to have a tab with your panels/buttons, custom ribbon is the choice. Some blogs are for your reference:
