I am trying to use Nastran In CAD 2019 to determine when some thin (<0.01") aluminum rolled sheet metal parts will fail. I am having a tough time getting accurate results due to the anisotropy of the material. Any suggestions/best practices on how to model the material to reflect the anisotropy while being able to graph the safety factor?
