fatal error in drop test when applying torque to screws

so i have ran a drop test multiple times without issues but when i start to add torque to the set up, the analysis fails at around time step 7 for the same analysis, the simulation runs however the fault comes at the time of the results

Did you specify a surface contact for the faying surfaces (as well as max allowed penetration)?

for the contacts, i clicked on auto, i have not specified max penetration
