Hello friends,
Im using a Cintiq 22HD with latest drivers on Windows 10, with the desktop extended to this monitor. When Mudbox is used on the Cintiq monitor(which is not the primary monitor), and I want to use a brush to just paint a simple stroke of color on the surface, Mudbox doesnt register any strokes I make with the pen while Stamp spacing is checked ON and set to zero. However, if I uncheck Stamp spacing, I will be able to paint on the surface, however there are visible gaps between each spot of color if you move the pen quick. I want to be able to quickly draw lines like photoshop without gaps.
If I move mudbox to the primary monitor, then do a mouse extension with my cintiq (it is a setting that allows your cintiq pen to move across all your monitors) I am able to use stamp spacing, which registers my pen swipes. If I set my cintiq as the primary monitor, Mudbox will still not register my swipes if I have stamp spacing on. What gives?
Do you think its a cintiq driver issue? Its updated to the latest.

Thank for posting!
Does this issue occur in any other version of Mudbox?
I'd like to rule out any issues with preferences. Use this guide to reset to default: How to reset Mudbox to Default
What do you have for a GPU? I would suggest installing the certified driver Mudbox 2018. Check out: Hardware Certification for Maya 2018.3, MotionBuilder & Mudbox 2018.x
I have access to a 22HD and I can test this and let you know the results.

Hello Faline! Thanks for taking a look!
I dont have any other version of Mudbox to try, other than my 2018 subscription one.
I have reset the preferences by following that link, but the problem still occurs (cintiq pen doesnt sculpt or paint with stamp spacing checked)
My GPU is an Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 (card is the stubby version, with a single fan)
Driver Version 397.93
DirectX 12
It looks like my card isnt on the certified list 😞 However Im pretty sure I was able to paint and sculpt normally with the stamp checked or I would have posted much earlier, I just cant tell when it started happening.

I tested Mudbox 2018 with the Cintiq 22HD and was not able to reproduce the issue with the stamping.
This could be an issue with your hardware/drivers which could be difficult to troubleshoot. Have you contacted Wacom about this yet?
I will check with my team in case anyone else is reporting this.

Hello!
I was able to solve the issue by reinstalling my wacom 22hd drivers, and deleting the x64 folder in the mudbox users folder. Now I am able to use stamp spacing check on, even with the distance set to Zero! It produces solid lines despite how fast I move the brush! Thank you for your help!
