For navigational purposes with my 3d mouse, owed to the broken integration into Mudbox, I was wondering, to what extent have Mudbox' features been integrated into Maya? From the limited information I could find, Dynamic Tesselation (and possibly curves? ) seem to be missing. Also the stamps seem to support VDMs, unless the picture on the help files was taken from Mudbox. Given that Maya has retopo tools now, could it be(come) a viable alternative to Mudbox?

The most important feature is also missing.
You dont have levels in Maya. You are only able to sculpt on LVL0.
Try to imagine that huge integration in Maya, done by Autodesk:
Surely will be the most glitching and unstable Maya version of all the times... And surely the sculptural 2022 version of Maya will be working for the year 2047. Wonderfull!!!
