Mudbox can never handle imported mesh. Why ? That's unacceptable

I never imported mesh in Mudbox that I didn't get all kinds of error messages. Those meshes vary from simple base meshes downloaded from official websites to low poly, quads only stuff I built in Cinema 4D. When I import same stuff to Cinema 4D or Zbrush or Maya, they never alert me of any errors. So my assumption is that Mudbox's code is very weak and really needs to be worked on otherwise it looks like a hobbist program that can't handle anything that's not made from it's own basic meshes. Also brushes go crazy when something is imported and they just don't work as supposed to.

So my  question is, what kind of mesh perfection does Mudbox needs to see to be able to operate ? Like what kind of export I need to run out of Cinema 4D so Mudbox doesnt crash, show errors, make brushes go crazy, light up red parts around the mesh...I mean it's out of control. Import function is useless seriously. I asked other people and they said those meshes were fine and also other programs seems to be fine with working with those so what's up with MudBox ?

Is there a 3d party plugin converter to make basic mesh MudBox friendly because I am about to give up cuz it's unacceptable to not be able to import super low poly simple object.

If anyone has any idea why is this happening and can meshes be imported properly please let me know.

Thank you

if i get meshes from somwhere else i do a cleanup in maya and 90% of the time i get bad geo...

a lot of modelers dont care about bad geo but its evil..

mudbox is right in doing that... bad geo does lead to a lot of errors and bad performing object down the pipeline...

if you like to ignore the errors turn off the visibility...
