Mudbox 2015_problem with grab tool_after reset tool

Hallo,
I´m Mudbox freshman. I have problem with grab tool. Generally I´m used to reset tool before use it from Maya. But when I reset grab tool this tool is unusable. After reseting grab tool it works like with very small amount of strength. Although there is for example strength 100.To make "factory reset" I have to delete Mudbox folder with settings. This is only way how to fix it.
Please can anybody giv me some advice what to do (except of advice "Don´t use reset" 🙂 )?

Hi Pened,

If it is related to a Mudbox unexpected behaviour, we will be able to escalate this issue too our developers.

As for the Mudbox reset, you have this possibility:

Rename the prefs folder found in the following location to something like prefsOld:

1. Windows 64-bit: C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Mudbox\[version]-x64\
2. Restart Mudbox.
3. If prompted to, choose the option to Create Default Preferences.

Could you send us a print screen of the status do you get, or record a mini-video using Autodesk Screencast to help us to simulate your issue in our lab.
