After installing both Maya 2018 and Mudbox 2018 I am able to only run one. Not one at a time, but run one program.
After installing both and open Maya, Maya runs fine. If I then run Mudbox, I receive an error (see image below). This also happens if I try it the other way around.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled both multiple time, and encounter the same issue.

Hi Ian,
Do you get the same filename in the error message if you do it the other way around, running Mudbox first? Could you please send me the files that are named in the error message to jill.ramsay@autodesk.com.

Heya Jill,
Yes I was getting the same issue the other way around.
That said, updating to Mudbox 2018.2 seems to have solved the problem. Would you still like the files in question, even though they are the updated ones?

Hi Ian,
Very glad to hear 2018.2 fixed it - that being the case, we don't need the files.
Thanks!
Jill
