Double mirroring ?

Anonymous
Not applicable

I'm pretty new to mudbox, so I'm still figuring out a lot of things.

In the brush options there is this dropdown menu that lets you mirror your strokes around a plan, X, Y, Z, etc...

Now is this possible to apply symmetry on multiple plans at once? For instance, I'd like to mirror my strokes both across the X and Z plans.

There is a workaround. First create a layer in sculpt> then set your brush mirror to Y> do your sculpting> select faces on sculpted side> right click on layer> Mirror layer.

then you have you stroke mirrored 4 ways

Well someone else said there was no such tool, so this workaround is still welcome.
(And I really was only looking for double mirroring, not triple.)
