Dolly problem mudbox

Hello, i have a problem and i don t know how to solve.
I can rotate and zoom in mudbox but i can t dolly(alt-middle drag doesn t work).
I tried to reinstall or rename mudbox version folder, so how can i dolly?
Or how i can reset preferences/changes dolly control inside mudbox?

Windows -> Hotkeys  - set Zoom to your required settings.

Thank you this was and will very useful,so i reset mudbox default setting, but i still cant track.
I tried with mouse and tablet but nothing.

I can rotate the camera, zoom, but i cant go up and down
