Error message: "child process error - 100" when trying to import videos to motionbuilder

Hello,

I have tried importing reference video to MotionBuilder, but consistently get the error : "child process error - 100"
I tried formats mp4, mov and avi but all had the same errors.
I am running windows and I have tried on the 2019 and 2021 versions of Mobu
I have the QuickTime codec installed and I can import audio to MotionBuilder.

Any insight would be appreciated, as the error message does not seem to be on the forum already.
