Auto key always not working in MotionBuilder 2020 AC8

Hello,

we have a problem during working on MB.

In our animation team, lots of animator have this problem:

the autokey always not working, sometime it's work after restart the MB, but after a while, it won't work again. it's different for everyone. we can't find the rule.

is it possible to fix it?

Hi there,

When using the auto key feature, please make sure the auto key button is always active (it should turn blue as shown in the image below).

I could not find any release note indicating issues with the auto key functionality. However, it's possible that certain custom plugins or scripts might be affecting how keyframes are set.  I'm not sure if there might be specific settings causing conflicts when using the auto key... If you’re still encountering issues, it might be worth trying to reinstall MotionBuilder to see if that resolves the problem.

we are working on MB more than 10 years, I think the Auto Key rarely didn't work in MB2015 and 2017 .😋
