4k monitor icons and text only suitable for ants and mice

I have a 4k monitor, I am using motionbuilder 2018. The icons and text of the menus is very very small, please can you update the interface so it is properly scalable, this will also apply to anyone using a Microsoft surface studio or any other type of hi res monitor. Also the tool tips are about a metre away from the actual buttons. And the buttons on the key controls for example arent scaled right either.

I've got to agree, it's pretty unacceptable that a pro package costing thousands of dollars through subscriptions targeted at the professional game and movie houses feel it's acceptable to keep the UI in a pre-2010 state.  4K has become the norm for most monitors on the mid-high end spectrum and it's very short sided and laughable that other software that's free has managed to adopt this functionality.  It just screams lazy dev-time to let this go well into 3 yearly cycles.
