Spaceball - 3d connexion_not working MFI2018.1

Dear Moldflow Users,

Can you please help me to understand that how my 3D connexion (3D navigator/Mouse) will work in MFI2018.1.

It was operational in MFI2018 but when I installed latest version 2018.1 , it doesn't work . Please suggest.

Hi @vgrover,

We have seen some compatibility issues with the 3D SpaceMouse in previous versions of Moldflow.  One thing you can try is to ensure that your driver is up-to-date.  Another possible remedy is to add the System Variable as indicated in this article on the Autodesk Knowledge Network. 

It is hard to replicate this issue as it doesn't seem to affect every PC and SpaceMouse configuration, though the development team here at Autodesk is aware of the compatibility issues and are working towards a solution for future Moldflow releases.

I tried to add the System variable MFLO_USE_CLASSIC_UI=1 in my workstation but it does not work.

Lets wait for another solution or new version for MFI.
