Reset of default plot settings

Hello everybody,

 

since I customized some default plot settings, the pressure animation plot is missing. I also cannot add it under options to the visible plots. I don't understand why this happend.

 

I think a reset of these settings could be help but I don't find were I can do it.

 

I thank you in advance for any help.

welcome to the forum.

 

Strange thing you experience.

If not being able to reset manually you could use:

 

Running a Clean Registry in Simulation Moldflow Products

"You are having odd issues with directory access, results access, as well as general usability concerns and need a quick fix without having to go through the entire reinstallation process.
A clean registry does just this, by cleaning out the registry and reconfiguring the installation to default settings
and removing any configurations that may be causing those issues."

 

This resets all user settings to default installation settings.

So you will lose personalized settings, and for example history of commonly used materials.

But will get original default results  back.

Thank you Berndt,

 

but it doesn't help. As soon as I start the "insightcleanreg.exe", nothing happens.

Hi,
you need to run for the user interface which is called Synergy.

synergycleanreg.exe

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Moldflow Synergy 20XX\bin\synergycleanreg.exe

 

insightcleanreg.exe is for the solvers, so probably why it does not reset.
