Hi @enrico.astegiano ,

welcome to the forum!

Difficult to say what is going on on your side.
Firewall, blocks of URL, behind proxy server etc.

If you are accessing the online help from behind a proxy server,
you may see an error message stating that you do not have an internet connection.
To resolve this problem, set a system environment variable:

To set the system environment variable

  1. Type 'environment variable' into your Windows search box and select Edit the system environment variables.
  2. On the Advanced tab, click Environment Variables.
  3. Click the New button associated with the System variables list.
  4. Enter ADSK_MF_USING_ONLINE for the Variable name.
  5. Enter 1 for the Variable value.
  6. Click OK until all the dialog boxes are closed.

Note: You may be required to restart your system.

You could use this link to reach online help from browser:

Moldflow Insight 2019 Online Help

To use local help, you need to download and install the local help files:
Moldflow Insight 2019 Offline Help

By default, the Help installs to:
C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Autodesk Moldflow Synergy 2019\help

After installing local help files:

  1. Click Application button (the top left big orange M) then Options.
  2. Click the Language and Help System tab.
  3. Select Use local help from the Help System section of the dialog.
  4. Click OK to save the changes and close the dialog.

Hope this helps.

Berndt
