how to improve the precision of cooling analysis ?

I did the cooling analysis, but it shows different result of temperature at similar pits. even I incressed the grid resolution.
how to fix it?
(AMI 2010 SP1 fusion)

Good Day,

I have not seen enough from the pictures to deside if there is a problem or not. However, the settings you need to change to improve the accuracy is to set your geometry influence to Ideal with mesh aggregation on. The next step would be to turn the mesh aggregation off and have the gemetry influence set to Automatic. Finally, have mesh aggregation off and geometry influence set to ideal.

The order I gave options the more ram the analysis would take. If you have a big 64-bit machine, I would just go to the last case.
