End of support for Moldflow on Windows 7 after Jan 14 2020

Dear Moldflow users,

About a year ago Microsoft announced that it would end support for Windows 7 on January 14, 2020. This means that after this date there will be no security or other updates provided by Microsoft. Throughout the year they have provided reminders of this date, so that IT departments can upgrade machines to Windows 10.

Autodesk, like many other software providers, will stop support for its products (including Moldflow products) on Windows 7. If you are still using Moldflow on Windows 7, we strongly suggest you talk to your IT department about an upgrade to Windows 10, as the next release of Moldflow will not be supported on Windows 7.

What to expect from Moldflow on Windows 10? Windows 10 has some important differences from Windows 7 under the hood and has proven to be a good step up with respect to reliability, particularly for the job manager.

Best regards,

Hanno van Raalte
