Display problem in Tool Tab (Generete Mesh)

What cause on this issue, How to correct ?

Did you try to move the Project and Study Panel to another position in the screen? What about reducing the size font on Windows?

I'm not sure how to help you, it's the first time that I see this issue.

The issue occurred after 1-2 nights didn't shut down the computer.
Adjusted text size and display was not helping.
Now is OK, the system restore solved that. I Still doubt about the phenomenon, maybe the updated of something.
