What do I want for the year 2025?

A legend bar that doesn't move on its own on the screen.

I work with a 3D space mouse and when the cursor is over the legend bar, it automatically moves with the movement of the component, which has been annoying me for years.

Can't we PLEASE finally program a small locking function for the legend bar, that really shouldn't be a problem.

I want that for the year 2025.
