Customer requirements:
The moldflow process and the actual injection molding machine process settings are different, for example, the actual valve gate is opened through ram position control, and the packing phase through time control. It is not possible to set the moldflow in this way. The moldflow can only control the ram position or time separately, which requires an additional round of analysis, which is not conducive to actual comparative analysis of the moldflow. The customer suggests that Autodesk can make some improvements in the setting method, and the control of the valve needle supports multi-stage control of ram position and time.
