Tool to measure the angle between the two surface/feature and axix

Thanks for the informative link. 

If we want to orient the part before the meshing then we can use this tool to measure angle between surface and respective axis then it will be more simple to orient part without taking mesh(node) as a reference.

Do you have tried this in SimStudio?

I do not prefer this Autodesk tool. I prefer my NX-CAD and the CAD-Doctor.

But if you don't have the possibility to orientate the part in a cad system before import in MF and mesh, may be the SimStudio can be a possible solution?!

Hello Lothar,

 I have tried to orient/ the part with the Simstudio its too much complicated. I also prefer NX to orient part just measure and rotate.

Good request, I needed to measure the angle between 2 angular surfaces on a warped part. What I ended up doing was exporting the warped part into Autodesk Fusion and measure the angle with the CAD tools in such program. Couldn't Autodesk integrate such tool into Moldflow?
