Synergy API: add the functions/attributes to get of the part

I hope to add the functions/attributes to get the maximum,minimum value in the x,y direction of the part.

If it does, there is good things:

In Geometry tab - Craete - Cooling Circuit, The Number of channels can be calculated automatically by inputting the Distance between channel centers.

I think the maximum and minimum values should be made easily accessible in every dimension. So if you are at it, please don't forget the z direction.
