Solver Distribution Pool
I would like to be able to launch a job to a pool of solvers and have the job manager automatically assign it to the next available solver based on a ranked list of solvers.
It looked like this was going to be possible in 2017, but I've launched 4 jobs to the 'pool' and it put all of the jobs to the same solver.
