To simplify and extend the Coreshift calculations, I would suggest that you use the mold geometry instead of defining coreshift constraints. The solver should then detect the contact situations between the mold and the inserts. If the insert deforms, contact with the mold should be detected. So it would be possible to reproduce the actual fixation of the inserts in the mold. The complicated and time consuming definition of Coreshift Constraints of different types (Fixed, One-Sided ..) would´nt be necessary. In addition, constraints could be defined that are not oriented in the global coordinate system, which is currently not possible.
