Issue : - Moldflow Insight has many ways to input of Filling Control Profile setting.
- The Processing setting dialog made the newcomers (the users) feel unfriendly.
- The users who have less machine experience feel unfriendly (too tricky).
Propose to :
- Make it easier by using machine brand graphics, a diagram, a graph, a slide bar, or the selection patterns.
- Idea to develop or design the format of injection speed(ram speed) vs. shot stroke(ram position) setting to make the users feel the same feeling as when molders work with the real machine.
- Change the word "ram" to "screw"; ram position > screw stroke or screw position.
- Eliminate the unused filling control; remain only the setting that the IMM in the today market have.
