My Idea is to Create or add new option under the Geometry>Curves> Polyline option in moldflow to create a single entity curves
Creating a cooling Channels:
Process: as of now we are using Center line to create or Extract the cooling channels line from the 3D CAD Channels data
Problem:
1) As per the 3D channels cooling surfaces it's creating the duplicated and small curves are creating
2) some time it's difficult to maintain 2.5 to 3D channel length with auto mesh
3) Some time its difficult to find the exact connected channel or Connected curves (if the mold having 60channels)
Idea or Proposal:
1)Please add a new feature or option to create a Poly line and Split Poly line which is useful to connect curves as a single entity Curve (eliminate the duplicate and small curves)
2) easily we can maintain the required Beam element length
3) So poly line option should be create as single entity line with connected curves automatically
