Define gate position

Hello

Please look at the possibility to define the gate position using coordinate system, before we start meshing.

For example. I need a gate at 0 0 20. Then I can define the gate position and then move to meshing.

I thought it may be possible to set an Injection Location, by this workflow:

Use "Mesh -> Create a Node -> Node by Coordinate" to define a Node at "0 0 20".

But even then it is not possible to set an Injection Location.

You could use Set Injection Location, and place on CAD surface, before meshing.

Then you can use Move/Copy command such as Translate for the node, and it will move injection location.

Unfortunately, the injection location properties, the coordinates, cannot be edited right off.

It works, but not as smooth as in Moldflow Adviser, where injection location coordinates can be edited.

So in general, this would be a "nice to have" option.

You can also place gate close to where you want it and use the move node command to relocate the node to the desired location.
