Projects can at times get very large with different models, materials, process settings and phases of tooling development. Would be a nice feature to be able to select from a few standard (user defined) folder set-up from templates while starting a new project or just allow definition of a standard set. The 'Organize Project' process helps but not always in a way that makes things clear and easy to find later.
