Cutting-Plane-Layer; improved post processing

Cutting-Plane-Layer; improved post processing

Proper visibility of vector based results is hard, for instance detailed orientation of velocity within a 'thin  layer' of a part cannot be visualized accurately.

Using the plane-cut feature allows to define a plane, nevertheless by plotting velocity results all vectors beginning from the current plane 'till end of the part' are visible and therefore detailed evlautaion of vector orientation in the chosen plane cannot be done.

Recommendation is to define a layer by defining a cutting plane plus a layer thickness or by two parallel planes. Only for this layer the chosen results should be shown. Alle results out of this layer should be hidden.

In addition, to be more flexible, combine the create cutting-plane and the move-cutting-plane function in one menue instead of two separate menues as today.
