Hello,
with synergy 2016 the beams and nodes are created in separated layers.
Old customers prefer to choose where to create beams.
So in the command create beams there could be an option to "create in active layer".
This is very useful when you are just creating gates of a complex hot runner sistem and you want to put beams in different layers
