Mockup should allow users to consume Mockup 360 CAD data outside of Mockup 360.  Example Workflows:  1. In the scenario where an OEM is collaborating with a supplier, the OEM would like to allow the Mockup 360 representation to be downloaded by of the supplier for design purposes. This would allow the supplier to have data about how their design must fit into the overall assembly, and would allow them to model around the OEM supplied part. Once the modeling is complete, the supplier part can be added to the Mockup with more confidence that the design will indeed fit and meet the OEM's requirements. 2. At the end of the collaboration process, the OEM would like to be able to extract the final, agreed upon assembly and a summary of all of the parts. This will allow them to cross check the final production model configuration to ensure that it agrees with the design that was agreed upon with the supplier during the Mockup collaboration process.   显示更多

One suggestion for enhancing the Dashboard experience in Mockup 360 would be to have the 'more views' option similar to what is seen in Windows.  I currently have 18 different mockups, and it would be great to see everything listed without scrolling up and down all the time.  I've been inviting everyone to my mockups! 显示更多

Repostion should offer similar commands to the 'joint/constraint' functionality see in Fusion and Inventor.  Mockup makes it ease to add 'distances and tangency' between components; however, assembly/component placement would be more efficient with quicker tools like these commands. 显示更多

In order to roughly place objects in a mockup the ability to drag objects along a particular axis or vector would be useful. While the snapping of faces, edges, and axes is useful for precise placement there are also cases where the placement does not need to be as precise, or a rough placement may be used as a first step in repositioning an object. Using a drag option the user should be able to move an object along the principal axes and planes by dragging or along non-principal axes/planes as defined by surfaces/edges in the mockup.    One option is to use a 'move triad' for this purpose. Currently, new notifications in the Mockup browser show up as bold text. This is not always obvious to the user, especially if the headings are expanded. Additional expression/highlighting for these notifications will make it easier for the user to navigate/identify what is happening in the Mockup. 显示更多

Mockup 360 should allow the user to cancel the in-progress loading of a Mockup. On a slow connection with large Mockups, a user cannot currently abort the loading process. This is a concern if a customer selects the wrong Mockup from the dashboard. In the scenario of the wrong selection, a user will have to wait for the Mockup to load, return to the dashboard and then choose the correct project.  显示更多

Mockup 360 needs the ability to allow the user to select or filter the parts that are included in the clash detection analysis. Workflow example: Customer imports a model that includes many o-rings and seal type components. In the modeled configurations, the o-rings and seals will commonly be in interference, but compressed in their physical installed state. If all of these components are included in the clash analysis, this will create a large number of interferences that are not relevant to the scenario. 显示更多

This is not easy to use - You do not have an easy method to find out what is suppressed or not.   If you suppress / unsuppressed the complete assembly it does not effect the components in the assembly - This makes it hard to use.   Please think about it - It is not usable for big assemblies and share distribute work even in a small team at current 显示更多

Mockup 360 imports STEP files only if the extension is STEP. Inventor by default exports STEP files with STP extension. This brings some confusion when you want to insert .STP file and Mockup says it is not supported. 显示更多

An option to control the default zoom direction of the mouse wheel scroll would be very useful. Depending on the user and their typical software package they may be used to different behaviors of the mouse wheel for zoom.  显示更多

When inserting a model of any format into a Mockup I would like to support multiple occurences of this object easily so I can add as many instances as needed in the mockup without having to re-translate or change the name of the model. 显示更多

With the new acceptance of laser scanning as a product to get information from site like as built. I think "mockup 360" must support this file type as part of an Inventor assembly or part file. I try to upload a file with this information type but when open in Mockup can not be displayed 😞 显示更多

A good case to use this tool would be to embedd it into a PLM360 NPI or Change or Request for Information process. Both using Autodesk ID to enable SSO access - OK   How comfortzable the two processes are to work together for the viewr/reviewer will be th key.   Did anybody think about this already ? 显示更多

I can not associate an additional  collaborator to an annotation(comment)   This will disable a concept of defining someone to do work. and inform the person that there is work to do or something for him to read. 显示更多
