Trying to stack multiple meshes and combine into one.

Hey everyone,

I have been trying to form a 3d mesh of a CT scan, and I have and I came into a problem with the size of the .tif images (there are over 1098 and they are big files). When trying to stack the images on Fiji, I could not run the process through without it crashing because the file is too big. To overcome this issue I divided the images, and have 3 separate meshes of the same cranium(bottom, middle, and top segments). Now I am trying to stack and combine all 3 segments in meshlab or meshmixer in order to have one solid 3D mesh of the entire cranium. Does anyone have any ideas of how to accomplish this? Thanks!
