How do I fill a hole in my model?

Hi,

I have an issue. I have cut a model in two, using boolean operations. Unfortunately it turns out, there's a hole inside the model. I'm having some issues fixing this.

I've tried the inspector/auto fix but the surfaces are there, as they should, so it does nothing.

You can see the issue here:

Boolean cut a interior cavity.

To get rid of it go to SELECT. Double click somewhere on the interior cavity's surface > this should select this surface totally (for it is surrounded by a face group).

Now there are two options:

Either discard that selected surface by hitting "X" on your keyboard plus running ANALYSIS/Inspector to close the resulting hole,

or, with the  interior surface selected, run Edit/EraseAndFill using Replace/FillType set at FlatRemeshed.
