Fixing open boundaries on 3D scan

Hello!  I've been using Qlone to 3d scan objects.  The scans look good with minimal holes when viewed in Qlone.   When I import the scans to meshmixer, it shows open boundaries and holes in so many places even though the mesh appears to be intact in most of those places.  Selecting and then using erase and fill, bridge, etc. do not work because the program thinks there are open boundaries and holes in so many areas and because they intersect one another.  I have tried to use the analysis and repair, but it ends up deleting a large part of the model.  I have tried to make the model solid, but the program again deletes a large part of the model.  When I watch tutorials, I see many objects imported with a few open boundaries which are easily fixed.  But my scans, and even the sample elephant scan that comes pre-scanned in Qlone, show open boundaries everywhere.  Has anyone encountered this?  Does anyone know how to fix it?  Thank you!

Thank you!  Worked perfectly.  I watched HOURS of tutorials on how to fix this problem and not a single one mentioned this!
