Bridge tool and Erase & Fill tool will probably not be very effective.
I would try Edit > Fit Primitive (Rectangle )...need to experiment

There are quick and easy inaccurate non-manifold ways and some not so easy manifold ways.

A few questions for you before the both of us waste a few hours on this.

1) Your scan sucks, can you just rescan?

2) What are you needing this for, what are you doing?

3) Can you attach your .mix

4) How accurate do you need it to be from the actual object?

I have scanned it many times in Metashape but I think the particular object (dart) is not appropriate to be scanned. The wings are fairly thin paper and I don’t think Metashape can handle a very thin object like that. It is for an art project but I don’t think it is worth spending much time on it. I was just interested to know if there was an easy way to fill the holes but it doesn’t seem like there is so people shouldn’t spend anymore time on my question.
