Watermark with Arnold Batch Render

Hi everyone,

I'm facing a strange issue at my workplace, we got a FlexNet server running distributing valid Arnold licences, when we render within Maya everything works fine but we get Arnold Watermarks each time we try to batch render, getting this in the mayaRender.log :

00:00:00 516MB WARNING | rendering with watermarks because of failed authorization:
00:00:00 516MB | [rlm] error initializing license system:
00:00:00 516MB | [rlm] * Can't read license data (-102)
00:00:00 516MB | [clm.v1] generic license checkout error (22)
00:00:00 516MB | environment variables:
00:00:00 516MB | ARNOLD_LICENSE_MANAGER = (not set)
00:00:00 516MB | [rlm] solidangle_LICENSE = (not set)
00:00:00 516MB | [rlm] RLM_LICENSE = (not set)
00:00:00 516MB | [clm] ADSKFLEX_LICENSE_FILE = @Anonymous
00:00:00 516MB | [clm] LM_LICENSE_FILE = (not set)

And this in the Adlm.log :

1972 2019/12/05 15:45:50 Reason=Fatal error
1972 2019/12/05 15:45:50 ComputerName=******

1972 2019/12/05 15:45:50 AdlmIntError=20 [License check out failed]

So far i checked everything network related, neither the global or windows firewall are causing this, the correct ports are open.

I followed the Troubleshooting steps from Arnold support without success.

Arnold is succesfully registered with pitreg.exe.

The environment variable is in place and working.

The license diagnostics is succesfully connecting to the server and showing the correct number of licenses.

I also tried to export an .ass and render it with kick, result : no watermarks.

My only lead would be the version of the FlexNet license server (adskflex: UP v11.12.0), which differ from the one displayed in the Adlm.log but i'm having cold feets trying to update the license server during production.

Anyone can help ?

Many thanks in advance.

I fixed my issue, if anyone cares it was due to the version of the license server, had to uninstall it and install the latest version and that's it !
