Hello, I'm practicing lighting in v-ray but my light was super bright on low intensity...I even had to turn it down from the default of 30 that it was on, and even with that done everything still looks so bright. I have a large plane light on the left which is at 1 and I have one on the right with 5 intensity. Under "units" in the basic parameters for the light plane I'm just using the default. The material is just a default grey lambert and I'm rendering with a standard Maya camera.

Add the Vray Physical Camera Attribute to the cam. And use Vray materials.
