UVs MOVE with Animated Bend Deformer

And, needless to say, I don't want that (although I suppose I could think of a few scenarios where one might).

How do I prevent this? I tried baking the animation (wondering if the bend deformers had anything to do with this), but I am now assuming that only Channel Box attributes can be baked.

Thanks folks.

You can only bake Control Points when the model is animated using the Bend Deformer tool, so make sure to check this in the Bake Simulation window. If this does not fix the issue with the UVs, please share your test scene file for further examination.

Bake control points... you mean create an alembic file? This is how to
solve the problem??

Thanks,

To bake something like a Bend Deformer, start by selecting all the vertices of the object. Then, go to Animation > Key > Bake Simulation and check the "Control Points" option. After you click the Apply button, the Blend Handle will be removed, and you will have a single model that has animated vertices.
