The final image does not correspond to my image in render view.

I have a problem, I want to save a photo of my scene, in render view it looks CORRECT, but when I save the image in TIFF it does not correspond to my view in render view.
I have tried resetting the configuration many times, saving in another format and it still doesn't work.
This happened to me a while ago and was fixed after resetting render settings repeatedly, but now it no longer works for me. Please help, it's for my homework.
On the left is my render view and on the right is the photo that is saved on my PC, I need it to be saved exactly as it looks in my render view.

Try different settings for "Save Mode" in the options menu for

File > Save Image... [options] > ...

you could always just screen grab the view if you like it better.
