scale camera changes shader

I am just curious, why shaders are changed, when I am scaling the camera for seeing it better when I am looking from other cameras.

Yesterday I really was upset to see my long worked shader become really ugly. After some hours I had the idea to scale back the camera. But why does it change something real, it's only a sign. When I am scaling the lights, they will not be brighter.

Thanks for any insights. 🙂

Hi @Anonymous,

If you would be able to attach a scene demonstrating this, that would be very helpful! That certainly seems like an odd scenario so If I had a scene to reference I could try to explain what is happening. 🙂

Thank you Alec!

When you write, it's an odd scenario, I know, it's not normal. At moment I had not time to try with other scenes to scale the camera. But I can't send you my scene. As I worked since a long time on it, it's very possible, something isn't straight anymore. I'm making a lot of mistakes. 🙂

I hope you are doing well 🙂 I wanted to check in and see how things were going. Any new developments with this project? Anything we can help with at this time?

Thank you Jordan.

My answer to Alex can be misunderstood. I meant, that by his answer I know now, that the Perspective can be scaled, and normally, there will be no odd things. So my world is again OK. 😉
