Up to this point, the render setup presets and templates have been working great. A couple new artists started working with us, and we built their machines as usual, like most of our other workstations. For some reason, these artists are unable to load an AOV preset that is working fine for all our other artists. When attempting to load either thru render setup or render globals, Maya returns an error
"wrong setup file"
No other info. Other setup files, such as full templates and render globals, load just fine. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
