Problem with distortioned and Inverse size on saved images from Arnold Render view

Hi there, I've got a problem. My render image looks fine on render view window but when I save it to the final file, it looks distortioned and stretched on vertical (for example 940 vert x 540 horiz instead of 940 horiz vs 540 vert). Decimal separator on Windows and other features reported here was done previously. Pictures attached. Any suggest please? Rendering same image (the red cube) on 500 x 500 / 800 x 800 / 1k / 2k.... and so on, the saved image looks good. but using other different default ratio for example HD_1080 / HD 540.... the problem persist. Using the same resolution setup used with Arnold but now on Vray, the final result looks with a normal shape.
Maya version: 2022.4 / Arnold 5.2.2

Update (1):  I used render batch to render some frames using the render windows from Maya, not the renderview from Arnold and with the same setup, all the frames were saved properly. So, I think the problem is for cause of the Arnold Renderview.

did you try a different image viewer/browser in windows to rule out that it isn't the windows viewing application at fault? Can you upload an actual render here?
