I'm making a goldfish cracker you see, and for some reason while I was setting up the Material (A new Standard surface mat) or while I was setting up the lighting (directional lights, one to begin with but now two), my object became covered in some kind of pink or purple shade around all the edges. It does not appear on the faces that the camera is looking at straight on. To clarify, the goldfish should be goldfish colored. Not pink.
My guess is I accidentally turned something on, or off, or something. I'm super new to all this and would love any help y'all could provide. Thank you in advance!

Hi!
Without seeing all Attributes of the material it's hard to tell what's causing the issue.
Please just provide the Maya scene-file, that's far easier for troubleshooting.
Didn't realize I could do that, however now that I'm trying to upload the .mb file this forum is telling me:
"The attachment's goldfishcracker-ex.mb content type (application/octet-stream) does not match its file extension and has been removed."
