I've recently upgraded to Maya 2022 but am having some issues with rendering with Arnold. I've tested my scenes using both Maya 2020 and Maya 2022 and have performed tests using just a basic sphere and a plane with an Arnold light but no matter what I do the Arnold render view only shows a black scene when working in Maya 2022.
Evidently, if I would have gone to View...Enable AOV's and rerendered that turned out to be the solution! I hope anyone that stumbles across this will find it helpful. 😉
