Hello fellas,
Arnold don't render the model in my scene and the surface it is placed on, I created a cylinder and the cylinder is rendered. The objects are not turned invisible and both have aiStandard material.

Fixed it. In the Arnold tab in 'Attribute Editor', the 'Arnold Translator' was set to 'mesh_light' Changed it to polymesh and it worked.
I'm learning Maya and trying to render my first project and this exact issue was holding me up. Thanks for the help! It's always the simple stuff.
