New to Maya.
I just build some materials (aiStandardSurface) with provided textures and they are not rendering as expected.
I have placed all the UV's in the correct place and my key light is an aiAreaLight. I am rendering with Arnold.
The gun and the glass are the biggest problems. the materials are showing up in a correct manner in the Material View.
Could you show us the shader settings and the textures please.

After some time and with help of another person, I was able to correct my problems.
I had to change color space of Metal, Roughness and Normal maps to RAW and check the Alpha is illumination.
