Image saved from Arnold render view is at incorrect resolution and aspect ratio with strange artefacts.

I'm trying to save an image that has been rendered using Arnold render view. When I open the saved image, it is not at the correct resolution / aspect ratio that I have set in the render settings. I'm also having a strange artefact where the image is being tiled / doubled over itself. Have a look at the image below that shows the rendered image in Arnold render view. And below that you can see the image that has been saved out opened outside of Maya.

I've also included my Camera settings and the common render settings If these are helpful. I'm sure this is something super simple to fix, but for all my googling I'm at a loss.

Are you using the latest Arnold version?`

Does it happen with an older version?

Could you upload this scene for testing please.

Could you try an older version maybe 5.2. 

I saw an other thread with similar issues with the latest version.

Thanks for giving me the heads up here. saving images out of Arnold render view now appear as expected after reverting to Arnold 5.2.0.
