How to layer multiple shaders in Arnold

Hello there!

 

I need to render a PNG texture (with transparency) on top of an aiStandardSurface shader. 

I used the layeredShader node but I can't make it work. The thing that I'm struggling with is the texture's trasparency.

 

Can someone please show me how to set up the network for this?

If you need to mix shaders, you would use the aiMixShader. You can just connect two aiStandardSurfaces and use you texture for the mix value. You can also use just one aiStandardSurface for a simple logo-overlay or similar using the Coat-Layer of the shader.
