Xgen, how to create a custom path?

   Hi

I found this page specify location for, user, local and global xgen files , which mention the use of a config.txt file

to specify locations for such files.

This is what I have tried:

   - I added in my maya.env the variable XGEN_CONFIG_PATH, pointing to where my config.txt is

   - I added in the config.txt the following lines:

       LocalRepo D:/TheCompleteStuff/TMEFX_Docs/Work_Done/Folder_Structure/tmefx_test/assets/xGen_global/xgen

It is all I added to the file, when I launch maya a got this error:

# Error: XGen: Failed to open config file:

D:/TheCompleteStuff/TMEFX_Docs/Work_Done/Folder_Structure/tmefx_test/assets/xGen_global/xgen/config.txt #
# Warning: XGen(1): Error loading XGen config file, using following settings: #
# Warning: XGen(1): XGen: GlobalRepo ${XGEN_LOCATION}presets/ #
# Warning: XGen(1): XGen: LocalRepo D:/TheCompleteStuff/TMEFX_Docs/Work_Done/Folder_Structure/tmefx_test/assets/char/brunoA/grm/workFile/001/xgen/ #
# Warning: XGen(1): XGen: UserRepo ${HOME}/xgen/ #
# Warning: XGen(1): XGen: Documentation ${XGEN_LOCATION}/docs/xgen/ #
# Warning: XGen(1): XGen: PromoteFunction #
# Warning: XGen(1): XGen: FlipParam False #

So I guess, the use of config.txt files is not as straight forward as Maya.env file, right?!.

All I want to do is configure the default folder for xgen in a shared drive so, when someone creates xgen collections, descriptions etc,... everyone else can access it and use them in production, and the config.txt seems to be the answer but can you guys explain how to set it up?.

Appreciate your help.
